Note: Malcolm "Sonny" Louis Sutton Sr. SHREVEPORT, LA - Memorial services for Malcolm "Sonny" Louis Sutton, 66, will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 24, 1998 at Bellaire Baptist Church in Bossier City, LA. Officiating will be Dr. Randy Harper, pastor of Bellaire Baptist Church assisted by Rev. Frank Breithaupt.
Mr. Sutton passed away on Saturday, November 21, 1998 at Schumpert Medical Center. He was a member of Bellaire Baptist Church, a 32nd Degree Mason and a Shriner. Mr. Sutton worked in the oil industry for over 45 years and was veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Dolores Bryant Sutton; sons, Malcolm Sutton Jr., Gregory Sutton; one daughter, Terri Sutton Sanders; four grandchildren, Malcolm Sutton III, Jennifer, Ashley and Chase Sanders; sisters, Jimmie Revels, Mattie Breithaupt, Nina Jean Hicks, Lottie Mae Woods; brothers, Jesse A. Sutton; and many nieces and nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be Glen Price, Jim Carlton, Albert Prince, Jack Batson, David Klotz, Bonnie Hill, Fred Plitt, Bill Rosson, and Land Foster.
