Some connect this William Holder to a family of Holders in Milam County. The father of that William Holder also lived in Milam County. It is true the families can be traced back to the same roots in Bienville Parish, Louisiana, but it appears the William Holder of Milam County is not Elizabeth Emily and Levi's son, but is Jesse Holder's son.
