Note: Bobbie Jean Shaver Graveside services for Bobbie Jean Shaver age 79, of Grapeland will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 19, 2010 at Davis Cemetery with Dr. Vance Drum officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster.
Mrs. Shaver died Monday at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston. She was born July 9, 1930 in Houston to A.C. and Leora Smith Leamons. She was a homemaker and a member of Sunset Christian Church.
Mrs. Shaver was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold Shaver, a brother Wesley Leamons, and a niece Margaret Clapp. She is survived by her nephews, David Leamons of Grapeland, Josh Clapp and wife Briddgett of Palestine, and Chris Clapp of Grapeland. Condolence calls will be received from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Bailey & Foster Chapel, Grapeland.
