I am trying to prove my Cherokee heritage from my grandmothers role number. Her name was Lillie Mae McConnell and her role number was 11065 as listed in "The Final Roles of Citizens and Freedmen" and "Cherokees By Blood" I think in 1900 or 1902 registers.Any helpful hints in establishing my genealogy would be greatly appreciated. My email is rhig3@cox.net <mailto://rhig3@cox.net>.ThanksRobert Higgins
