Michael David Traeger Silverton November 12, 1967 - April 16, 2005
Michael David Traeger, 37, of Silverton, died Saturday, April 16, 2005. Mike was born to Louis and Susan (Leamons) Traeger in San Diego, Calif., Nov. 12, 1967. He lived all his life in the Mount Angel/Silverton area. He married Marie on March 18, 1995, in Silverton. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. Survivors include wife Marie of Silverton; sons Michael and Zachary, of Salem; daughter Megan of Salem; Parents, Louis and Susan Traeger of Silverton; sister Michele Martinez of Anchorage, Alaska; brothers Matthew and Eric Treager of Silverton; grandmother Daisy Leamons of San Diego, Calif.; and great-grandmother Nadine Jefferson of San Diego, Calif. A visitation was held Tuesday, April 19, from 5-8 p.m. at Unger Funeral Chapel in Silverton. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at Valley View Cemetery in Silverton, south of Highway 213 on Evans Valley Road. Contributions may be made to a memorial fund for his children at Washington Mutual Bank.
