HALL SUMMIT, LA – Services for Otis A. Norrid, 83, of Hall Summit, LA will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, December 16, 1990 at the Chapel of Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home in Coushatta, LA. Officiating will be Bro. Sirman, assisted by Bro. Finas Corie. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery.
Mr. Norrid passed away Saturday, December 15, 1990. He was born September 1, 1907 in Red River Parish and had been a resident of Hall Summit. He was a retired Barber of 49 years, a Charter Member of Hall Summit Methodist Church and a member of Conly Lodge No. 241.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Grace Norrid of Hall Summit, LA; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Gay Norrid of Garland, TX; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Beth and Henry Conly of Gurdon, AR; five grandchildren, Tracy and Rob Norrid, Clay, Cullen and Caitlin Conly; one niece, Elaine Harvey of Park Forest, IL.
Pallbearers will be Buntney Dupree, Larry Elliot, Billy Joe Wiggins, Pent Loftin, Max Wood and Ford Harper.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jake Conly and Brittain Dupree.
