THE PARIS NEWS, Sunday, July 4, 1999, page 4B: 'Norma Ruth House, 79, of Paris died Friday, July 2, 1999. Services were at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 3, in Gene Roden's Sons Funeral Home with Floyd Woodard officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. She was born Oct. 12, 1919, in Paris to Jessie F. and Laura May Paschal Kindle. She married Ernest Kate 'Sam' House Oct. 17. 1939. He died Sept. 15, 1989. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Surviving are two nieces, Theresa J. Powell and Rhonda K. Matlick, both of Waco; three nephews, Jack P. Kindle of Hamilton, Paschal H. Kindle of Corsicana, and Aubrey B. Kindle of Waco; and two sisters-in-law, Miriam Kindle of Corsicana and Adell Kindle of Waco.'
