Billy Wayne Wilkerson, 69 of Paris, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2013. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at East Paris Baptist Church with Rev. Donnie Edwards officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home. He was lovingly known as "Mr. Billy" at East Paris Baptist Church where he helped in the children's ministry. He retired from Campbell Soup Company. He is survived by his daughters, Stacy Young and husband Gerry of Cooper, Jeannie Duncan and husband Dustin of Hewitt; grandchildren, Dylan, Dax and Davis Duncan, Garrett and Lindey Young; sister, Barbara Hanzel; sister-in-law, Dean Mills. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Mills Wilkerson; parents, W.H. and Dorthy Wilkerson; brother, James Wilkerson. The family requests that memorials be made to the East Paris Baptist Church Children's Department. The family wants to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Dubuis Hospital for their excellent care and concern.
