Doug Passmore, pastor, officiating.Jeffery passed away on Saturday, March 17th, 2012, in Lawton.Entombment will be in the Chapel of Serenity Mausoleum at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Masonic Rites by Pilot Lodge #367 under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral HomeJeffery was born on June 30, 1969, in Oakland, California, to Byron Lee and Brenda K. (Rowe) Gann. He attended MacArthur High School where he played the trombone in the high school band. He was in the R.O.T.C program and graduated from high school in 1988. Jeffery entered the US Army in 1988 and served at Fort Hood, Texas until 1991. Jeffery married Jenifer Renee Snider in September of 1991. He worked at the Lawton Constitution Newspaper for a short while. Jeffery worked for Trevors at Center Mall as the store manager for 10 years. He was also the store manager for several of the Dollar General Stores here in Lawton. And then he has worked for the Wal-Mart Stores in Lawton and Duncan. He worked for Temple Inland at Fletcher for several years. Jeffery attended First Baptist East in his earlier years. He was a Past Master of the Pilot Lodge # 367 in Elgin, Oklahoma. Jeffery is survived by his mother and step-father, Brenda K. and Robert (Bob) Sippel of the home; his father, Byron Lee Gann of Sherwood, Arkansas; five children: Allene Dale Goodman and her husband, Michael, Cody McBlake Gann, Skyler McLane Gann, Allex Jeffery Gann, Johnny Victor Gann, one grandson, Cayden Michael Goodman, all of Sterling, Oklahoma; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Kenneth Wayne and Michelle Gann of Nashville, Tennessee, and Gregory Scott Gann of Lawton, Oklahoma; a nephew, Kenneth Lee Gann and two nieces, Tiffany Dianne Gann and Savanna Sundae Gann; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Herman and Ovie Lee (Farr) Rowe, his paternal grandparents, Johnny W. and Marjorie (Lee) Gann.Memorial contributions may be made to the Jeffery Allen Gann Memorial Fund at City National Bank, Lawton, Oklahoma. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at the funeral home.
