a. Note:   . She was born on November 15, 1924 in Okolona, Arkansas. Irene was married to Bobby 53 years, mother of 12 children, moved to Winterhaven, CA 56 years ago on July 4, 1958. Irene was a member of First Assembly of God, Pentecostal Church. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, quilting, studying the bible, and spending time with her grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren. Irene is survived by her son, Ray (Danna) Leamons and daughters, Shirley (Jerry) Collins and Juanita Hazett all of Yuma AZ; son, Robert (Ellen) Leamons and daughter, Marie Erwin both of Las Vegas, NV; daughters, Judy Echols San Antonio, TX, Linda (Steve) Smith of Darby, MT; sons, Larry Leamons of Houston, TX and Gary (Brenda) Leamons of Casa Grand, AZ; brother, Kenneth R. Wilson; 32 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren among many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her father, John Hiram Wilson; mother, Zena Mae (Fagans) Wilson; husband, Bobby H. Leamons; son, Harold W. Leamons; brothers, Rufus M. Wilson and John W. Wilson; daughters, Geneva Stalnaker Proctor and Diane Stalnaker; granddaughter, Becky Ryhnard and grandson, Sebastian Leamons. Visitation will be held at Johnson Mortuary, on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Services will be on Thursday July 3, 2014 at 12:30pm. Graveside service will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Paul Killingworth officiating. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, David Echols, Kevin and Keith Leamons, Charles and Grant, Kinsey, Adam, Troy and Roy Leamons. Honorary Pallbearers are Kenneth R. Wilson, Ray, Robert, Gary and Larry Leamons. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Assembly of God Church of Yuma Arrangements under the direction of Johnson Mortuary & Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Yuma, AZ.
