He lived in Modesto nine years. He was a truck driver for nine years; he was employed by Freymiller Trucking. He served in the Air Force from 1958 to 1962. He is survived by his wife, Glenda Braden of Modesto; children, Sheila Barstow of Dinuba and Tammy Braden of Turlock; his parents, Harvey and Idell Braden of Lathrop; brothers, David B. Braden of Livingston and Bob Jones of Modesto; sisters, Barbara Van Wert of Farmersville, Beverly Dautz of Lodi, Gale Mink of Dunsmuir and Joyce Jones of Modesto; and four grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson. Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
