Note: Notes for SADIE PAULINE LEAMONS: Obit: Kosse Cyclone March 31, 1977. Funeral for Mrs. Sadie Toney, age 73, of Mexia were held on Monday. Mrs. Toney passed away at the Manor Nursing Home in Mexia on Saturday, March 26, 1977.
A lifelong resident of Limestone County, Mrs. Toney was born in Kosse on March 1, 1904 and was a Kosse resident before moving to Mexia. She was retired from the laundry business. Mrs. Toney was a Baptist.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. J. H. Walker and Mrs. Ellen Springfield; three grandchildren, Joseph Stuber, James and John Gormey; she was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Ann.(from Sheila Johnson notes)
