Survivors: Wife, Carol Sanders; sons, Chunnie Sanders III and wife, Vicki, Michael Wayne Sanders and wife, Yolanda, and Jerry Robb Sanders; daughter, Linda Sanders Brown; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; six sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
