 Funeral Services for Sybil M. Lewis Terrell, 81, of Leesville, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 20, 2004, in the Hixson Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Gil Arthur and Jim Thomasee officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville.

 Visitation will be held today, Sept. 19, from 2 p.m. through 4 p.m. and Monday, Sept. 20, from 8 a.m. until the time of the service in the funeral home. Mrs. Terrell died Saturday, Sept. 18 at her residence in Leesville.
 Sybil Lewis Terrell, born on August 11, 1923, went to meet her LORD on Sept. 18, 2004. Mrs. Terrell was a lifetime resident of the Leesville/Vernon Parish area, where she owned and operated the Rudemar Beauty Salon. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cora and Acy Lewis; sisters, Blanche Clever and Therese Killian and brothers, Hubert and Herbert Lewis.
 Sybil was married to Bobby Forrester jones, who was killed in France in World War II. They had one child, Bobby Forrester Jones. Sybil later married Judge James C. (Scotty) Terrell Jr., who also preceded her death. She is survived by her son, Bobby Jones and his wife Kay; grandchild Tammy Buller and husband Dan, Robert Jones and wife Michelle and Alissa Jones; sisters and brother-in-law, Doris and Gilbert Dowden and Betty Lee; seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren will always remember her as their loving Mimi. The family would like to extend gratitude and thanks to Oasis Healthcare/Hospice, Sybil's caregivers, Pat Donmoyer and Mittie Dowden, but most especially to her sister, Doris Dowden for her unflagging love and support.
