Ronona was born on May 12, 1954, in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She left this world to be with her Lord on October 11, 2009. Ronona was raised in Kilgore, Texas and graduated from Kilgore High School. She continued her education at Kilgore Junior College and received a bachelor's degree from LeTourneau University. After 34 years of dedicated service, she retired from Texas Rehabilitation Commission. She attended church at Koinonia Fellowship in Mena, Arkansas. Ronona was preceded in death by he father, Walter E. Sellars and her mother, Thelma L. Sellars of Kilgore, Texas. She is survived by her parents, Jimmy and Nancy Davis of Gladewater.; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Tracy and Vivian Stokley of Clute, Texas, Danny and Amy Cater of Gladewater, Texas; her brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Diane Sellars of Houston, Texas, Wayne and Eddie Sellars of Huntsville, Texas, Allan Sellars and Debbie Alexander of Texarkana, Texas; her nieces and nephews and their families, Lara Stokley, Tim and Rebecca Stokley, Angela Shelton, Joni Pipkin, Brian and Jennifer Sellars, Jeremy Sellars, Bryan Sellars and Eric Dickerson. She is also survived by special friends, Bill and Hope Reed of Mena, Arkansas and Margaret Goings of Center, Texas. The services will be at 2 p.m. October 14, 2009, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater, with Bro. Gene Stacks and Bro. Jim Thompson officiating. Interment will be in Gladewater Memorial Park.
