Note: s, 82, of Wenatchee, died Monday, Jan. 29, 2007. He was a 57-year resident of Wenatchee and had worked for The Wenatchee Daily World and The Seattle Post-Intelligencer. Survivors include his children, Roger Stowers of Sacramento, Calif., and Cecil Stowers of Wenatchee; and a sister, Peachie Woolsey of Wenatchee. There will be no services.
