Note: KADELPHIA Smead C. Posey, aged 67, of Arkadelphia died Friday. He was a member of the Christian Church and a Mason. Survivors are his wife, Mary Ann Posey; a stepson, Michael Ellis of Arkadelphia; three brothers, Ralph Posey of Arkadelphia, Frank L. Posey of Dallas and Marcus D. Posey of San Antonio, and three sisters, Mintie Hatcher of Mountain Home, Lorene Nash of Copeland Ridge and Vernette Marryman of Dallas. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Murray-Ruggles Funeral Home. The body will be cremated.
