Curtis passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Trinity Mother Frances in Tyler. He was born on August 21, 1950 in Sulphur Springs the son of Jack, Jr. and Emma Joyce (Oshield) Burkham. He married Sunee Petmajurut. He retired from the U.S. Air Force and was a boat mechanic.
He is survived by his wife; sons, Billy Wayne Burkham and William Bryan Burkham; one sister, Brenda Joy of Monroe, OK; three brothers, Ronald Gene Burkham of OK, Stanton Lee Burkham of Sulphur Springs and Bryan Keith Burkham of Sulphur Springs and three grandchildren.
