Note: uring World War II. He was married to Edna Marie Hickey. They were the parents of 4 children, but later divorced. Robert was a steamfitter and welder with Local No. 553 in Wood River. He retired in 1978. Robert died at St. Anthony's Hospital following a long illness. He was survived by 2 daughters; 4 sons; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and 3 brothers, Harold J. Reedy of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, William Henry Reedy of Agoura, California, and Herman L. Reedy of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Visitation was held on 26 Jun 1985 at Gray Funeral Home in Wood River, Illinois. Masonic services took place there at 7:30 p.m. that evening by Wood River Masonic Lodge No. 1062. Funeral services were conducted at the funeral home at 1 p.m. the following afternoon. Robert's former wife, Edna, passed away in 1989 and was buried in Camden, Illinois. Children: 2 daughters, 4 sons.
