Note: n Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro, LA, at 11 a.m. with Bro. Steven Nelson and Bro. Henry Staggs officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive East Cemetery in Bienville, LA. Mrs. Bell was born on September 11, 1922 and passed away on November 19, 2013. She was 91.Survivors include: One Daughter, Sherry Rockhold and husband Tony of Petal, MS; One Son, Gary Bell and wife Judy of Quitman, LA; Three Grandchildren: Julie Harper and husband Chris of Quitman, LA; Benji Bell and wife Kristi of Heflin, LA; Nathan Rockhold of Petal, MS; Six Great-Grandchildren: Clayton, Cason and Cannon Harper of Quitman, LA Brandon Lee and Owen Bell of Heflin, LA; Dawson Rockhold of Bude, MS. Sister-In-Law; Doris Alexander of Jonesboro, LA; Brother-In-Law; Waylon Bell and wife Evelyn of Rosepine, TX. Mrs. Bell was also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members. Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her husband, Hoye Jackson Bell, her parents, Dell and Tiney Rhymes Alexander, four brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Bell was a member of Jonesboro Church of God and a long time librarian at the Jackson Parish Library.
