Note: Mrs. M. Cundiff COOPER, (Special).--Mrs. M. Cundiff, wife of A. C. Cundiff, died at her home south of Cooper about 5 o'clock Sunday morning, after a two months illness. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the home, conducted by Oscar Smith of Paris, Church of Christ minister, with burial in Peerless cemetery, under direction of Smith Brothers. Her nephews acting as pallbearers.
Deceased is survived by her husband, who is an invalid; one sister, Mrs. George McDonald, of Sulphur Springs; two brothers, Charlie and Wylie Ward of Paris; several nieces and nephews. (The Paris News, April 3, 1939)
