Mr. Johnny Wilkerson, age 62 of Winnfield, passed away after battling a lengthy illness.
He is survived by his best friend, Allie Wilkerson; beloved children that he claimed as his own, Trey Edmonds, Rodney Hile, Charles Hile, Jr., James Brown, Jr., Alexis Blakely, Brittany Bricker; siblings, William Wilkerson, Gloria Folden, Arvie Huckaby, Ruth Wilkerson, Faye Wilkerson; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny J. and Brancie Maurene (Neil) Wilkerson; sisters, Debra Finch, Nettie Knight.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 12:00-2:00PM at Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 2:00PM in Edmonds Chapel with Bro. Butch Rogers officiating. Internment will follow at Driskill Cemetery in Bienville Parish under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.
