Waylon Lemoyne Meyers Funeral services for Waylon Lemoyne Meyers were held at 11 a.m. in the Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Stevenson officiating. Burial followed in the Antioch Cemetery in Quitman. Mr. Meyers, age 73 of Winnfield, died Monday, December 11, 2000 in Autumn Leaves Nursing Home. He was a veteran and a chemical plant engineer. Survivors are one son, Ronnie Meyers of Quitman, LA; one daughter, Sharon Meyers of Quitman, LA; one sister, Lerlene Lewis of Dequincy, LA and one brother, E. C. Meyers of Winnfield, LA.
