Note: e was held Dec. 7 for Virginia D. Golden of Klamath Falls, formerly of Eugene, who died Dec. 3 of heart failure. She was 62. Golden was born Jan. 4, 1939, in Broken Bow, Okla., to Jewel and Syble Mackey Golden. She never married. She was a homemaker and worked as a baby sitter. Golden enjoyed children and her family. She also enjoyed her church and knitting. She moved to Eugene from Klamath Falls in 1981. She returned to Klamath Falls in 1999. Survivors include a brother, Thomas Golden of Klamath Falls; and six sisters, Dorothy Ridgel, Billie Goodyear and Winnie Scott, all of Sacramento, Juanita Wages of Cibolo, Texas, Doris Cargill of Portland and Patsy Fox of Boise. Burial will be at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens in Klamath Falls. Eternal Hill Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
