 with the Rev. Ray Self officiating. Burial followed at the Mt. Olive East Cemetery.
 Mrs. Vail died Nov. 23 at Willis Knighton Hospital. Born Sept. 1, 1930 in Quitman, she was a housewife.
 Mrs. Vail was preceded in death by one son, James Douglas Vail, Jr.
 She is survived by her husband, J.D. Vail of Campti; daughters, Vickie Delane Crow and husband Ronald of Hemphill, Texas, Beverly Kaye Donald and husband Michael of Campti and Wanda Lane Provance and husband Stanley of Jakarta, Indonesia; sons, Douglas Lynn Vail of Campti and James Steve Vail and wife Patricia of Plano, Texas; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
 Pallbearers were Jason Baker, Ronald Crow, Dustin Kyle Provance, David Douglas Vail, Brian Thomas, Phillip Wise, Chris Clement, Martin Crow and Ryan Peace.
 Services were under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.
