Johnnie is survived by her sons, Fred W. Spurlock (Wanda) of Monroe, John T. "Tim" Spurlock, Birmingham AL, Edward P. "Edd" Spurlock (Jayne), Benton, AR; grandchildren, Suzanne Spurlock, Austin, TX, Stacie Spurlock, Queens, NY, Brandi Milner (CR), Baton Rouge, Ethan Spurlock, Benton, AR; one great-grandson, Nathan, Baton Rouge. Johnnie was retired from L.S.U. where she served as a nurse for 25 years. A faithful follower of Christ, who served the Lord in various churches all her life. Visitation will be Saturday, August 12, 1:00 p.m. – 3 p.m. at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd. A private graveside service will be held at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
