Mrs. Thelma was born January 16, 1930 in Crowville, LA and passed away Monday, April 22, 2013 in Delhi, LA. Mrs. Wallace enjoyed gardening, fishing, and cooking for her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Wallace, Jr.; daughter, Brenda Kay Wallace; parents, John Wright and Mary Greer; and 11-brothers and sisters. Survivors include her children, Marilyn Wallace of Crowville, Bruce Wallace and wife, Judy of Tallulah, Robert Dale Wallace and wife, Terresa of Delhi, Kinney Wallace and wife, Wanda of Tallulah, and Marsha Renea Wallace of West Monroe; 18-grandchildren, 26-great grandchildren, and 2-great-great grandchildren; sister, Lorain Roberts of Monroe; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Alan "Pokie" Adkins, Robbie "Bodie" Humphreys, Aron Wallace, Brad Wallace, Joshua Wallace, Scott Wallace, Chad Wallace, and Raymond Mejias, Jr. Visitation is 12:00 PM until the service at 2:00 PM, Thursday at Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
