Brother of Winn Residents Dies July 30 In Delhi
Jewel Oliver, 67, of Delhi, died Thursday, July 30, 1970, at his residence after a long illness.Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Crowville Baptist Church with the Revs. C. T. Smith and David Terry officiating. Burial was in
Providence Memorial Park. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Annie Lee Oliver of Delhi; two sons, Doyle Oliver and Everette Oliver, both of Delhi; four sisters, Mrs. Addie Howell and Mrs. Francis McNaughton, both of Winnfield, Mrs. Gillie Allen of Jonesboro, and Ms. Henrietta Ott of Dry Prong; a brother, Julian Oliver of Delhi; and seven grandchildren.
