a. Note:   1 A.M. on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. Mrs. Dycus has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 P.M. - 8 P.M., and on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. She passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2015, at her residence. She was born October 2, 1941, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late Allen Bryant Rucker and Elsie Mae Lemons Rucker. She was an office employee at Twin Lakes Telephone Co., and a member of the Gainesboro Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Allen Bryant Rucker and Elsie Mae Lemons Rucker. Survivors include 3 Sons: Terry (Angela) Dycus of Somerville, TN, Dr. Doug (Tammy) Dycus of Gainesboro, TN, and Bill (Tibet) Dycus of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Margie (Gary) Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; 9 Grandchildren: Ian Dycus, Candice Dycus Herren, Dustin Dycus, Drew Dycus, Jacob Stafford, Samantha (Derek) Brown, Holly Stafford, Clark Dycus, and Jane Emily Dycus; 4 Great Grandchildren: Charlie Herren, Bryce Herren, Sadie Brown, and Weston Brown; and 2 Sisters: Pat Ross of Arkansas and Becky Bowling of Arkansas. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Friends of Cummins Falls or the Jackson County Historical Society by contacting the funeral home.
