THE PARIS NEWS, Sunday, December 19, 1999, page 8A: 'Lois E. King, 78, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 1999 at McCuistion Regional Medical Center. Services will at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 20, in Gene Roden's Sons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Raymond Armstrong officiating. Visitation will be 4-5 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Ms. King was born Dec. 6, 1921 in Lamar County to William W. and Villie G. Kindle Medsker. She was a retired secretary and bookkeeper for Phillips 66 Company. Survivors include son, Jimmy E. King of Dallas; daughter Sue Higgs of Garland; sister, Elizabeth Morris of Lawton, Okla.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren
