 GREENVILLE — Emma “Jean” Gayler, 78, of Caddo Mills passed away Nov. 19, 2012. Jean was born in Emmet, Ark., to Henry and Ida Hickey. Jean was best known for serving others through her love of cooking, anytime there was a need, and for her dedication to her church. She will be greatly missed by everyone, especially her grandchildren whom she doted on. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Morris Glenn Gayler; children Arliss Jean Tredway of Caddo Mills, Carliss Jane and Jonathon Stuart of Mesquite, and Sharon and Mickey McNary of Denton; sister Esther Merle Williams of Mesquite; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a vast number of friends. Her service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Greenville Bible Church. Lynch Funeral Service of Greenville is in charge of arrangements.
