Note: merly of Paris died Friday, May 21, at the Metroplex Care Center in Grand Prairie. Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 11 a.m. Monday at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Ray Evers officiating. Mrs. Ward was born April 13, 1917, in Paris, a daughter of Ed and Florence Lennox Crutchfield. She married Bill Ward, who preceded her in death in 1964. She was a nurse for mentally retarded children with Jones Hospital and was a member of the Pentecostal Church. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Nellie Watkins of Duncanville; grandchildren, Rosemary Allison Morgeson of Midlothian, Lois nnette Allison Kinser of Duncanville, Dixie Chree Ann Allison of Muskogee, Okla., Billy Leon Allison of Muskogee, Dessie Mae Allison of Salt Lake City, Utah, Luther Allison of Carrollton, Elle Deannie Allison of Garland and Susie Watkins of Duncanville; great-grandchildren, Mitchel Dean Allison of Dallas, Corie Ann Young of Duncanville; Brent Allen Noble of Duncanville, Melanie Elsie Bedsole of Fort Worth, Johnathan Workman of Dallas, Deannia Durrant of Salt Lake City; Terry Wayne Durrant of Salt Lake City, Alicia Durrant of Salt Lake City, Chad Ryan Allison of Chicago, Becky and Beth Morgeson of Midlothian; great-great-grandchildren, Kayla Leeann Young and Kristin Taylor Young, both of Duncanville; a niece, Lee Walker of Paris; a nephew, Hammond Ward of Paris; two sisters-in-law, Myrtle Townsend and Onea Crutchfield, both of Paris; great nieces, Vickey Kay Luman of Paris, Mickey Holden of Commerce, Betty Todd of Paris, Sandra Shesshir of Troup and Jenna Ward of Paris; great nephews, Ricky Luman of Pell City, Ala., Johnny Ward, Steve Ward, Gary Don Ward, Dennis Ward, Kenneth Ward and Ronnie Herron, all of Paris, and a cousin, Edward Lee Ward of Venus, Texas. She was preceded in death by her son, Luther Allison in 1990, and by a granddaughter, Angelea Marie Allison Camack in 1997.'
