Note: Brother to Robert Albert Cundiff who married Carie Ella Holder. In State Penitentiary. Turned himself in on charge of murder. Received 10 year sentence Feb 27, 1920. Pardoned March 4, 1925. Residence, Cooper, Texas. Plea of not guilty. Poor education. 5' 6 1/2", 260 lbs., white w/ruddy color, blue eyes black hair, no church, parents from Indiana, farmer. First conviction, March 8, 1919.
