Note: Peggy Oneal Williams (August 20, 1942 - May 3, 2011) Peggy Oneal Williams, age 68 of Jonesboro, a retired florist, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at Health South Specialty Hospital in Ruston.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Charles "Red" Williams of Jonesboro, children, Telia Kae Williams Turner and husband Mark of Jacksonville, AR; Renita Faye Williams Peevy and husband Todd of Brandon, MS; Charles Ray "Chuck" Williams of Weston; one brother, Kenneth Ray Brown and wife Barbara of Saline; grandchildren,Christen Nichole Turner Webb and husband B.J.of Sheridan, AR; Jessica Lynne Turner of Sheridan, AR; Heather Danielle Peevy May and husband Bryant of Brandon, MS; Mollie Kathryn Peevy of Brandon, MS; Chloe Brooke Peevy of Brandon, MS; Zoe Claire Peevy of Brandon, MS; Natasha Rae Lynn Williams of Apache Junction, AZ; Sabryna Mackenzie Williams of Apache Junction, AZ; Hunter Ray Eric Williams of Jefferson, OH and one great grandchild, Colton Turner Doan of Sheridan, AR. Mrs. Williams is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Louella Brown and one sister, Julia Alice Brown Williams Washam.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 11:00am in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Staples and Bro Peyton Bass officiating. Interment will be in the Millcreek Cemetery in Saline.
Friends may visit with the family Friday 5-8pm at the funeral home.
