Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Ezell Rankin 71 of Denham Springs formerly of Rayville, LA will be held at 1PM Monday, May 20, 2013 in the chapel of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi with Bro. Louis Redden officiating. Visitation will be held from 11AM until time of service. Burial will be in Faith Memorial Park Cemetery in Delhi. Mrs. Rankin was a retired beautician. She was born on November 26, 1941 in Crowville, LA and passed from this life on Friday May 17, 2013 at her residence in Denham Springs. She is preceded in death by her parents, J. D. Ezell and Minnie Bell Greer Ezell; her husband Harold O'Neal Rankin and a brother Charles Ray Ezell. Surviving her are three loving daughters, Kathy Griffin, Melissa Overman and Deirdre Ockman all of Denham Springs, LA; two brothers Bobby Joe Ezell of Tallulah, LA and Kenneth Ezell of Delhi, LA; a sister Carolyn Mathis of Bossier City, LA; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
