Her husband was Christian J. Wine, who was born 1821 (1817) in Rockingham County, Virginia. They were married 9-2-1855 by Reverend George B. Rimel in Augusta County, Virginia. This was Christian`s second marriage. He was the son of David Wine and Elizabeth Rugy. He was a farmer. Sarah and Christian are buried at the Lebanon Cemetery, Augusta County, Virginia. In 1850, Catherine is living with her sister, Rebecca. Sarah and Christian are listed in the census records of 1860 living in Augusta County, Virginia. They were listed 1880 North River district, Augusta County, Virginia; Catherine is listed as Sarah C. In 1880, Emanuel Bright who was born 1849 Virginia was living with them.
