He is named as a s/o William Sheetz in his bio which appeared in th e Commemorative Biographical Encyclopedia of Dauphin Co., Pennsylvania, 1896, by RUNK & CO MPANY, pg. 757. On a map showing Jefferson Township landowners in the year 1875, it indicate s that an S. Sheetz has either (73 or 13) acres N.S. along a small "run", but south of Bowerm an's St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
