  George's birth date supplied by Bob Sheetz, of Ocala, FL, in 2000. Bob could not find his "source" on this birth, however, but feels that "George" could possible be our immigrant ancestor who arrived into the port of Philadelphia, via Rotterdam, on October 5, 1737 aboard the ship BILANDER TOWNSHEAD.
 From George's "will" abstract written in Egle's NOTES AND QUERIES, Series 3, VOL. I, page 256 , it revealed that George lived in "Paxtang" Township at the time of his death in 1769 and that he owned land in what was also referred to as "Lower Paxtang Township". This compiler uncovered original land warrants in Paxtang Twp., which indicated that Geroge "Shiets" had 100 acres; March 2, 1752. This information was found in the HISTORY OF DAUPHIN COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA, by Luther Reily Kelker, VOL II, 1907, The Lewis Publishing Company, page 655. In George's will he notes his wife's first name and the names of his children:
