 Charles stated he lived at 215 Short St., Pitcairn, Allegheny, PA. He was a Tank Builder for the Pennsylvania Railroad Co. of Pitcairn, Allegheny, PA. He is the sole supporter of his 10-year-old niece and he is single. He is tall and stout and has blue eyes and brown? hair.
 Charles stated he lived at 215 Rear Short St. Pitcairn, Allegheny, PA. When asked who would always know his address, he gave the name Mr. Philp of the same address. Charles was not employed at the time.
