KELL-Charles E. Kell, 44, of 61 Carney St., Tonawanda, died Tuesday (June 21, 1960) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Born in Buffalo, he had lived in Tonawanda for 21 years. He was employed as a core maker at the International Paper Co. Survivors include his wife Marian (Dolly) Soos Kell; two sons, Ronald and Roger; three sisters, Mrs. Rudolph Klatt of Tonawanda, Mrs. John Collins and Mrs. Keith Elliott of Buffalo. Friends may call at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 307 Oliver St., where funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. Mr. Richard Ketelsen will officiate. Burial in Elmlawn.
