a. Note:   ve Adventist Hospital, Rockville. Born Jan. 7, 1929, in Virginia, he was a son of the late Lawrence Richard and Mary Bellar Furr. Mr. Furr was a retired plumber. He is survived by seven children, Shirley Weatzel of Dickerson, David Furr, John Furr and Mary Frances Furr, all of West Virginia, Debbie Furr of Saltsville, Va., James Furr of New Jersey, and Nancy Furr of Silver Spring; one sister, Susana Butt of Rockville; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, at Olin L. Molesworth Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Rd., Damascus. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.
