  “Jim” was a wonderful husband, devoted father to his daughters, a living and giving grandfather to his grandchildren.
  He was the retired 30-year owner of Don's Used Cars, Spencer, and a member of the Spencer Baptist Temple.
  Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Rosalie Furr Postalwait of Spencer; daughters, Vikki (Jim) Nichols of Evans and Jill (Steve) Showen of Spartanburg, S.C.; grandchildren, Jeramy (Monica) Nichols of Danville, Va., Allison (Philip) Watkins of Crown City, Ohio, and Kristopher (Andrea) Showen of Chesnee, S.C.; two great-grandchildren and one expected great grandchild (in June).
  A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 8 at 11 a.m. in the Spencer Baptist Temple, Spencer, with Pastor Smith Epling officiating. Burial will be in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer.
  Friends may call at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday.
  Memorial contributions are preferred to the Spencer Baptist Temple Building Fund, 405 Clay Road, Spencer, WV 25276.
