a. Note:   a. Surviving are two sons, Howard at home, and Wesley Furr of Bridgeport; one daughter, Mrs. Sadie Lewis, Maxburg, OH; two brothers, J. W. of Parkersburg and J. D. Furr of Mansfield, OH; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Wilson, Girta; Mrs. Nora Stanley and Mrs. Agnes Cutler, both of Parkersburg. Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Big Island Run Methodist church with Rev. Ed Hutchinson officiating. Burial followed in the cemetery there with the Pomfoy funeral home in charge.
Note:   Mrs. Eliza Furr, aged 77, died last Thursday at her home at Girta, W. V
