a. Note:   9 a retired farmer and lifelong resident of Fountain County died at his home in Veedersburg Saturday morning. He had been ill of paralysis for the past year. Mr. Furr was born on a farm near Veedersburg June 2, 1860 a son of Wm. and Mary Furr . All his life had been spent on the farm with the exception of the past six months which had been spent in Veedersburg. Surviving besides the widow, he is survived by two sons, Manford, of Manhattan, Kansas; Omar at home and daughter Mary at home. He also leaves a brother, L. Furr of Winter Haven, Fl. The funeral was held Monday afternoon from the Chiristian Church at Veedersburg and burial was made in the Rockfield Cemetery.
