Ellis H. Lynn, Sr.
Ellis H. Lynn, sr., 70 of 4709 Benton boulevard, died Friday at St. Mary's hospital after an illness of five weeks. He reitred in 1960 after 50 years service with John Taylor's and Macy's of Kansas City. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical United Brethren church. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Elaine W. Lynn of the home; two sons, Ellis H. Lynn, jr., Sunnyvale, Calif. and George E. Lynn, 9501 East Seventieth street terrace, Raytown, ; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Parmenter, 2323 Swope parkway, and Mrs. J. Hugh Campbell, Dallas, Texas and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday at the Freeman chapel; burial in Memorial Park cemetery. The family will recieve friends at the cahpel from 4 to 8 o'clock today and from 7 to 9 o'clock Monday night.
