Billy passed away at Good Samaritan hospital in Baltimore. He was admitted with severe bleeding and never regained consciousness. The doctors weren't sure why he was bleeding, but think that it was due to severe alcoholism. I hope and pray that he was right the Lord and is now in peace and with God.
