Note: Prince Douglas married Hope Avenwell, great-granddaughter of Mary Cooke-Avenwell, in 2012.
He joined his brother, Douglas, and several of their Avenwell family cousins, on a research vessel off the coast of Palm Grove, Revensis, while his wife was attending to business abroad.
It was supposed to be a small break from the filming on one of Oliver Avenwell, Jr.’s films, starring Oliver’s sister, Tess Washburn and her son, James. Hope was to join them a week later. But the ship capsized, killing all onboard, and it was suspected that King Oliver and King William were assassinated by a relative.
His brother, King William, and his wife were never able to have children, so the throne passed to his infant daughter—Mary Ellen Elizabeth Avenwell Rundangh.
