This is also the source for the birth location of Clarence and names of his parents. Note that Ida is listed as being born in 'Manhattan' where her birth record below lists Lawrence County, Ohio. A mistranscription? I have not been able to consult the original.

Robert and Ida Amanda are on the 1930 census which is another source for the birth year and location of Robert. This record says that Robert was first married at age 24. I have not researched the first marriage and family of Robert Shover.
