The source for the death of Albert is an e mail received from his great niece on 6 Nov, 2013 stating that he died prior to 1980, with no other details.
According to Kathern's great niece, Kasey Schenk, on a subsequent communication Kathern and Albert divorced and Kathern remarried, though Kasey was unable to give the name of her third husband. Kasey is the source of the place of death for Kathern.
Kathern's death was subsequently found at "Ohio, Death Index, 1908-1932, 1938-1944, and 1958-2007," index, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/VKJG-5MZ : accessed 17 Dec 2013), Cathern W Johnson, 2000. She is listed as a Johnson, which while it does not preclude her grandniece's assertion that Kathern remarried, she either remarried a Johnson or the grand niece was mistaken. This record of Cathern W. Johnson is definitely the same lady as her parent's names are listed as Ralston/Wyatt, which match the marriage record above to Albert Johnson.
