Notes
a. Note:   he records of the Jerusalem Church, Salisbury, Lehigh, Pennsylvania.
The source for the death date of George Freyman is from <http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=schwenk&id=I020196, gives death date, says fell off hay wagon (Says he was born 10 Feb 1804, died 26 Jun 1874)
The source for the birth of Hannah is from the baptism records of the Jerusalem and Reformed Church in Salisbury, Lehigh Co, in which she is listed as a child of Casper WIEDER and Catharina ENGER.
Another source for the birth and the death of Hannah is from http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=schwenk&id=I011251 names her as a child of Casper WIEDER and Catharina EGNER with birth and death dates, married to George FREYMAN, died of accidental fall (Hannah born 24 Apr 1808, died 2 Feb 1899...Note: She's a widow in the 1880 census and I couldn't find her in 1900, so the dates for them at least follow that much). In a quick search online I came across some family history records in rootsweb that gave George's death date and Hannah's birth and death dates in which she is again listed as a child of Casper WIEDER and Catharina ENGER, Catharina the daughter of Heinrich ENGER and Susanna ROMIG. The Lehigh Church Records in Macungie Township have children of Heinrich ENGER and Susanna ROMIG, although not Catharina's birth. Perhaps they started there after her birth. The source for the burial location of Hannah is Source Citation: Historical Society of Pennsylvania; Historic Pennsylvania Church and Town Records; Reel: 491.
The source for the children of George and Hannah is the 1850 Upper Milford, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania census in which the family is indexed as "Treiman".

On this record both Mary Ann and Rebecca are at home with parents George and Hannah along with a two year old Hiram. Rebecca is listed as Insane. But who is the two year old Hiram? A grandchild visiting? An illegitimate child of either Rebecca or Mary Ann?

  CHILDREN:
The source for the birth and baptism date of Mary Ann is FHL 974.8 K2z, no. 37 - Pennsylvania Genealogical Findings in the Allemangel Area, Records of Jerusalem Union Church, 1741-1911, Salisbury Twp., Lehigh Co., PA, pg. 38, gives marriage date of George "FRYMAN" and Hannah WIEDER as 27 Jan 1833 along with the birth of their daughter Mary Ann born 1 Aug 1833, bp. 1 Sep 1833, sp. Daniel and Lidia RITTER, parents George and Hanna FREYMAN.
The source for the birth and baptism date of Sarah is an extracted record in ancestry.com..... ancestry.com - Records of Upper Milford Reformed Congregation, Zions Reformed Church, Zionsville, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania gives birth and baptismal dates (Sarah FREYMAN born 8 Dec 1841, bp. 13 Mar 1842. The record didn't give sponsors' names.
It is likely that Sarah Freyman never married and died young at about age seventeen.
Sarah is listed as eight years old on the 1850 census, in which the surname is transcribed 'Trieman'. "United States Census, 1850," index and images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/M4HT-3BV : accessed 11 December 2014), Sarah Treiman in household of George Treiman, Upper Milford, Lehigh, Pennsylvania, United States; citing family 145, NARA microfilm publication M432, NARA microfilm publication M432, National Archives and Records Administration, Washington, D.C.
Sarah is absent on the 1860 census at which time she would have been about nineteen.
There is a burial record in Old Zionsville United Church of Christ cemetery for a seventeen year old Sarah Freyman born 15 Dec 1841 and died 6 May 1858.
Due to her absence on the 1860 census of George Freyman I believe this is the same Sarah for the following two reasons: First, she is buried in the Old Zionsville cemetery where her parents, George and Hannah, are buried as well as her two siblings, Lydia and William. Second, after an online search on both Ancestry and Family Search for any 'other' Sarah Freyman born in Pennsylvania in 1840-1842, there were no duplicate names that came up.
The only Sarah Freyman of similar age from Lehigh County who came up on the 1850 search is my great great grandmother, Sarah Freyman, born five years earlier, and of a known distinct identity.
The only caveat in connecting this Sarah Freyman who died at seventeen with the daughter of George and Hannah are two conflicting dates. Sarah Freyman, the daughter of John George and Hannah Freyman is listed, if I read the old German script correctly, as being born 8 December 1841, with a March 1842 baptism, in the United Church of Christ in Old Zionsville (another positive connection). However, the headstone in the cemetery lists the birth date 15 December instead of 8 December! This discrepancy, in light of the other strong circumstantial evidence, could simply be a clerical error on either Church records or headstone.
It is likely that Rebecca Freyman never married. She is listed as Insane on the 1860 and 1870 census in the home of her parents with George Freyman as head.

Rebecca 'Fryman' is found as a boarder on the 1880 Lehigh County census sadly listed as 'doing nothing.' The other two members of the household are her mother, Hannah 'Fryman' and the head of home, Elizabeth Wieder age 84, obviously a relation (sister?) of Rebecca's mother Hannah.
